The secret was learning to read when I was about 4 and using my mother's library card to get adult books. Thinking about it, I read most of the thick (and dense) books in Junior High. Now, I'm reading this little thing called "Vulnerable" and I often have to put it down and go for a walk because it makes me so verklempt I can't breathe (in a good way!)
